Meet Jessica
Hi I’m Jessica! As a Coach & Photographer my mission is to empower my clients to become the artist of their life and infuse their soul essence into their brand.
Through my warm, compassionate approach I coach clients to design a life and brand around their core values and make it a work of art. I work with heart-centred, visionary women who desire to amplify their authentic self-expression, feel deeper fulfillment and fall in love with their feminine essence.
Several years ago I was anxious, exhausted, and felt very shy and self-conscious. I had many limiting beliefs that were holding me back from creating the life I wanted, I was at a job that was unfulfilling and the concept of loving myself was not even on my radar.
During my darkest times, creativity and photography saved me and gave me an outlet to reconnect with my soul and process what I was feeling. Creativity and artistry have always been a key part of my life that came naturally to me.
However self-love, self-worth, allowing my authenticity to shine and reclaiming my power to create a life I absolutely love did not come naturally to me. I had to go through my own healing and transformation process over several years which lead me to completely changing my life in every area. My career has evolved from working in fashion marketing to becoming a women’s coach and photographer, I travelled and moved to a tropical paradise, have met new friends all over the world, created a holistic & balanced lifestyle, discovered new hobbies I adore and more!
The journey of reconnecting to my true soul essence and becoming the artist of my life and brand has been a joyful and empowering adventure. It brings me deep gratitude and fulfillment to guide others embarking on the same path.
About Me
I have travelled to over 15 countries (Bali, Indonesia & Hawaii, USA were my favourite!) I lived in Montreal & Toronto, Canada, and then Playa Del Carmen & Tulum, Mexico. My mornings consist of making a smoothie, listening to a guided meditation, and cuddling my pets. In my free time you can find me at a sound healing, dance class, lifting weights or at the beach.
I am certified in Hypnotherapy, EFT, T.I.M.E. Techniques, NLP and Life & Success Coaching. I previously worked as a Fashion Marketing Strategist, have a Bachelor's of Design in Fashion Communication from Toronto Metropolitan University, and started my business as a Brand Photographer in 2016 where I travelled around Canada and internationally for photo shoots. I trained as a Sacred Sexuality Practitioner and also work as a Psychedelic Guide at Mindbloom.
